By using the TNS Arm Wrestling platform ("TNS", "the Site"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Community Rules

Post only content relevant to arm wrestling, fitness, and sport.
No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal content.
No impersonation of other athletes, coaches, or TNS staff.
TNS moderators may remove content or ban accounts that violate these rules.

3. Intellectual Property

Content you post remains yours. By posting on TNS, you grant TNS a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. TNS branding, logo, and site design are owned by TNS Arm Wrestling.

4. Participation in Events

Event registration via the platform is subject to separate event-specific terms.
Participants must follow all competition rules set by TNS officials on the day.
TNS is not liable for injuries sustained during training or competition.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". TNS is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
