How do I register for an event?
Click any "Register Now" button on this page to fill out the registration form. You can also reach us directly on WhatsApp at +91 73878 78771. We'll confirm your slot and share event details.
What weight categories are available?
We run categories for men and women across multiple weight classes: Under 60kg, 60–70kg, 70–80kg, 80–90kg, 90–100kg, and 100kg+. Exact categories may vary per event — check the specific event for details.
Can beginners compete? Do I need experience?
Absolutely yes! TNS events are open to everyone — from first-timers to experienced competitors. We have beginner-friendly divisions and our referees walk new competitors through the rules before their match.
What are the entry fees and rules?
Entry fees vary per event. All events follow official TNS ARMWRESTLING rules. A copy of the rules is shared upon registration. College Battle is free for students.
What should I bring on event day?
Bring a valid ID, confirmation of registration, and comfortable sportswear. Wrist wraps are allowed. No rings or metal jewellery during matches. Arrive on given time.
Can I compete in multiple weight categories?
You can only compete in your official weight category, which is verified at weigh-in on event day. If you fall within the range of two categories, you may request to compete in the heavier one at the organiser’s discretion. However, participants are allowed to compete in both left-hand and right-hand categories.
